My name is Ammie and I am fully licensed independent clinical mental health therapist within the Minnesota area. I am committed to helping adolescents and young adults learn how to build healthier relationships, self-worth and future goals while healing from past traumas. I have been in practice for 7+ years and have been trained in CBT, EMDR and grief and loss. My work focuses on targeting distorted thoughts, beliefs and relationships. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals and will offer additional supports and resources within the community to help meet individual needs.
